The Challenge
Industry Canada needed to know how key stakeholders used the SchoolNet online learning Web site, in order to report on performance and make more informed online investments decisions going forward.

Using PublicInsite Visitor Pattern AnalyticsT, we created custom filters to easily identify the top 10 school boards, government departments and media visitors to the SchoolNet site.
By formulating key performance indicators and segmenting each audience's viewing habits, we were able to provide Industry Canada with insight on their conversion rates, level of engagement, brand awareness and most popular content and downloads.
This direct, objective and quantifiable feedback on program success was used for corporate reporting and could be plugged directly into existing government accountability frameworks.
